MOUNTPARK LAUNCHES 360,926 SQ FT INVENTORY UNIT AT BRISTOL.

Mountpark Logistics, a leading developer of industrial and logistics property, has launched the recently completed Mountpark Bristol 360, a 360,926 sq ft cross-docked distribution centre at Central Park, Avonmouth Severnside, part of the South West’s Global Gateway.

Bristol 360 is the largest inventory building on the market in the South West, with a resilient (R02) fibre connection, 360 degree circulation and yards of up to 90m. Including features such as a 625 KVA Solar PV array and 118 KW Tesla battery storage for efficient and sustainable operations, the unit is Carbon Net Zero and has achieved BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ certification.  It also provides measuresto enhance employee wellbeing, such as an office rooftop terrace and break-out garden.  

Constructed using the CA Twin-Therm® Chronus® Ready building envelope system, Bristol 360 is a climate-controlled unit, within which occupiers can adapt internal temperature and humidity to suit a range of requirements, including chilled operations.

Close to the new M49 (J1) which is due to open soon, Mountpark Bristol 360 is within easy reach of the M4, M5 and M48 motorways and a 4.5 hour drive time of 85% of the UK population. Intermodal facilities and international transport connections are available at the Central Park rail freight terminal, at Avonmouth and Royal Portbury docks and at Bristol Airport.
