Mountpark has strengthened its team with the appointments of Siobhan Doherty as Senior Counsel and Max Boreham as Development Manager, reinforcing the business’s legal and development capabilities as it continues to progress major projects across the UK and Ireland.

Siobhan joins Mountpark as Senior Counsel following a successful six-month secondment with the business. Bringing more than 14 years’ experience in commercial real estate law, she has previously worked at leading law firms including Gowling WLG and Stephenson Harwood, advising on complex development, investment and financing transactions. Working alongside General Counsel Vishnu Reddy, Siobhan will support the structuring and delivery of development projects across the portfolio, acting as a key link between Mountpark’s development teams and external advisers.

Max joins Mountpark as Development Manager from Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial and Logistics team, having previously worked as an Asset Manager for DTZ Investors. Based in Mountpark’s London office, he will support the delivery of existing developments and the wider project pipeline across the UK and Ireland, bringing experience in industrial and logistics investment and leasing to the role.

Commenting on the appointments, Paul Segreto, Managing Director at Mountpark, said, “We’re delighted to welcome both Siobhan and Max to the Mountpark team. They each bring valuable experience and expertise that will strengthen our legal and development capabilities at an exciting stage for the business. As we continue to progress projects across the UK and Ireland, these appointments further reinforce our commitment to building a strong team that can support the delivery of our growing portfolio.”

Siobhan Doherty added, “The collaborative culture, commercial mindset and ambition of the Mountpark team really stood out during my secondment, and this role presents a fantastic opportunity to apply my skillset in-house. I’m excited to support the business’s growth and work alongside colleagues to help realise complex and innovative projects across the portfolio.”

Max Boreham said, “Having worked with the Mountpark team over a number of years, I have seen first-hand the quality of its developments and the ambition of the business. I’m delighted to be joining the team and look forward to contributing to the delivery of projects across the UK and Ireland while continuing to develop my career in the sector.”

The appointments reflect Mountpark’s continued investment in building a strong, agile team with the expertise to support the delivery of its growing portfolio of industrial and logistics developments across the UK and Europe.
