Sébastien Drouillet, Managing Director of Alloga France underlines: „Our new site in Meung-sur-Loire will allow us to support our growth, welcome new customers and continue to provide them with a prime quality of service and safety, while respecting our ESG commitments.“
“After leasing the first 103,000 sq m platform to M2Log, we are delighted, alongside Mountpark, to install Alloga France in their new site in Meung-sur-Loire. This 50,000 sq m operation, which can be extended by a further 25,000 sq m, has underlined the quality of the site and its location. It targets the best environmental standards and offers an outstanding quality of services” says Paul Kennedy, co-portfolio manager Real Estate Europe at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
