Mountpark announces the delivery of 50,000 sq m at Orléans.
18th február 2022Mountpark Logistics and J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives have recently taken delivery of the second building on the XXL logistics park in Meung-sur-Loire, located in the south-west of Orléans, France. The building is 100% let to Alliance Healthcare France in conjunction with Alloga, the leader in healthcare logistics.
With its strategic location within the Synergie Val de Loire business quarter, the Mountpark Orléans totals 150,000 sq m. The park comprises two buildings, the first of which is 103,000 sq m and let to M2Log to operate the Mobivia supply chain, and is now in the ownership of institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives, which acquired the development from Mountpark in May 2021.

Building on the success of its operation in Orléans, Mountpark is now focusing on its new Chartres development. Construction started on site in January this year for a project comprising three specific buildings: a first of 35,535 sq m which has been launched as an inventory development and will be completed by Q4 2022; a second of 112,605 sq m by Q2 2023; and a 3rd of 123,105 sq m to be completed by the end of 2023/ early 2024.
