Mountpark Logistics, a leading developer of industrial and logistics property, today announced that it has pre-let a 72,646 sq ft building at Mountpark Baldonnell II to Danish-owned transport and logistics company DSV.
With this new facility, known as Unit F, DSV Ireland has started a drive to occupy modern, sustainable, operationally efficient buildings that meet both its customers’ objectives and its own corporate ambitions. DSV will take possession of Unit F when it completes later this month.
Established in 1976, DSV employs 75,000 people in 80 countries around the world. In Ireland, the company has approximately 400 employees and offers warehousing logistics solutions, road, air, sea and courier freight services to support the customers’ entire supply chains.
Mountpark Baldonnell has already attracted a number of high profile international and domestic occupiers. Unit G the final facility on site, which provides 96,930 sq ft, is under offer and on schedule to reach practical completion in May.
Developing Mountpark Baldonnell in two phases, Mountpark has invested more than €300 million in seven logistics units comprising a total of 1,386,189 sq ft. All facilities have been let prior to practical completion.
