Mountpark pre-lets 103,000 sqm to Mobivia at Meung-Sur-Loire, Orléans.
24th September 2020Mountpark Logistics, a leading developer of industrial and logistics property, announced today that it has pre-let a 103,000 sqm logistics facility at Mountpark Orléans to Mobivia, the European leader in vehicle maintenance and equipment.
Mobivia, which has a global network of over 2,070 car workshops and stores, will use the new unit to consolidate its logistics operations in France and streamline its supply chain. The facility will bring around 250 full-time jobs and 350-400 seasonal jobs to the local area.
Mountpark started construction work in spring 2020 and is on schedule to deliver the building in summer 2021. The new Mobivia facility, which will be partly automated, is the first unit at Mountpark Orléans, a 40 hectare logistics park next to Parc Synergie Val-de-Loire at Meung-sur-Loire.
Strategically located at exit 15 of the A10 autoroute at the heart of the Centre Val-de-Loire region, Mountpark Orléans has immediate access to the national transport network.
