Mountpark, a leading developer of high-quality logistics spaces in Europe, has leased Unit A at its Mountpark Illescas IV logistics development to TXT, a key player in international distribution, industrial parcel services, and logistics.
Spanning 36,530 m², the modern facility is set to enhance TXT’s operational capacity in Spain, reinforcing Illescas as a premier logistics hub. Located in Plataforma Central Iberum, just 35 km from Madrid, the development offers direct access to the A-42, ensuring seamless national and international connectivity.

The building occupied by TXT is designed to meet high industry standards. It spans 36,530 m², with 35,530 m² allocated for warehousing, 842 m² for glass-fronted office space, and 57 m² for auxiliary areas. With a clear height of 11.2 metres, it maximises storage capacity, while the FM2 concrete floor, with a 7-tonne per square metre load capacity, enhances durability and resilience. Natural lighting covers 5% of the space, promoting energy savings and enhancing employee well-being. Additionally, the facility features a photovoltaic capacity of 370 kW/h and an electrical power supply of 1,600 kVA.
The operational infrastructure includes 45 loading docks, 2 access ramps, a spacious 45-metre maneuvering yard, 193 parking spaces, and 37 additional free spaces for trailers.
