MOUNTPARK COMPLETES 660,172 SQ FT PRE-LET AND STARTS TWO INVENTORY UNITS AT BALDONNELL.5th September 2022
Mountpark Logistics has leased a 660,172 sq ft distribution centre at Mountpark Baldonnell II to online retailer, Amazon. The facility is Amazon’s first big fulfilment centre in the region and the largest pre-let in Ireland’s logistics market.
Mountpark has also started construction on the final phase of its Baldonnell development with two inventory facilities – Unit F and Unit G – which offer 72,646 sq ft and 96,930 sq ft respectively. Designed to the same high quality specification as the earlier buildings – and targeting BREEAM ‘excellent’ certification – both units will provide 55 metre service yards, rooftop PV array and clear internal heights to warehouse in excess of 14m. Set in high-quality landscaped surroundings that feature a network of footpaths and trim trails, Unit F and Unit G will also offer customers an attractive working environment. Both facilities are on schedule to complete in April 2023.
Alongside Amazon, Mountpark Baldonnell has already attracted high profile tenants such as Home Store + More, DB Schenker and United Drug.

Located south west of Dublin, Mountpark Baldonnell is at the heart of Ireland’s transport network. Close to Junction 2 of the N7 Naas Road, Ireland’s premier logistics corridor, the development is near Casement Aerodrome and has easy access to the M50, the Outer Ring Road, the N81 and the N4.
