Mountpark Logistics welcomed public and private sector partners to Mountpark Chartres at Illiers-Combray & Blandainville, to celebrate the completion of its first building on the park, the 35,535 sq m inventory unit, Chartres 2.

Guests were given a guided tour of the new building before it was declared officially open at a traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony. Accredited BREEAM Excellent and BiodiverCity, Chartres 2 offers customers an energy efficient, cost effective operating environment with plenty of amenities for staff wellbeing.

Next to junction 3.1 of the A11 motorway on the trans-European Atlantic corridor, Mountpark Chartres is strategically located in the Centre Val de Loire, at the heart of France’s transport network.

“Chartres 2 presents a great opportunity for customers seeking to be close to Paris with immediate access to the rapidly expanding Atlantic corridor,” said Olivier Parizot, Country Manager for France at Mountpark. “Stay tuned as there is more to come, with news of the next units at Mountpark Chartres.”
