Celebrating the development of DC3 and DC4, its two inventory units at Mountpark Wroclaw, Mountpark Logistics held an on-site event to mark the raising of the first column.  Providing a total of 67,850 square metres, DC3 and DC4 have been designed to meet growing demand for national and regional distribution hubs in Lower Silesia.

The two units will have a 12 metre clear height, 70KN/M2 floor loading and a secure service yard up to 57 metres.  Constructed to achieve BREEAM ‘excellent’ certification, the facilities will also provide comfortable working environments with plenty of amenities for staff wellbeing.

DC3 and DC4 comprise the second phase of Mountpark Wroclaw, which offers 135,446 square metres of logistics space. Strategically located close to the A4 international highway, the park offers easy access to Poland’s major commercial centres as well as to the German and Czech borders.

“We are investing in Wroclaw because it offers excellent logistics property opportunities for our customers in Poland and the wider Central Europe market,” said Piotr Michalski, Managing Director, Central Europe at Mountpark. “DC3 and DC4 have been designed to a high quality technical specification and we are on track to complete the unit by early 2023.”
