Mountpark, a leading developer of industrial and logistics property, today announced the appointment of Daniel Païs as Projects Director, France.

Based at the company’s office in Paris, Daniel will be responsible for delivering Mountpark’s new buildings in France. His key priority will be the construction management of the ongoing development at Mountpark Chartres, Illiers-Combray.

“We are delighted to welcome Daniel to our team. His extensive experience in logistics real estate and his expertise as an architect and project manager will help us deliver innovative development solutions for our customers,” said Olivier Parizot, Country Officer France, Mountpark. “His immediate focus is the completion of our development at Chartres, where we have two permitted buildings totalling 271,245 sqm, ready to start on site.”

Daniel qualified as an architect at the National School of Architecture in Grenoble. For 15 years, he worked as an architect and project manager on logistics real estate projects for various architectural firms. He then set up his own practice before joining Argan and then Quartus Logistique where he arranged PC registrations and carried out feasibility studies for new projects as Programme Director.
