Mountpark has secured Irish postal service An Post as the first tenant at its latest logistics development in Dublin, Mountpark Grange Castle West.
An Post has signed an agreement to take Unit 3 of 50,000 sq ft which will allow it to expand and modernise its delivery service operations. The company is expected to take occupancy of the new facility in early 2027 with approximately 150 staff working from the new depot.
Grange Castle West is Mountpark’s second major logistics development in the Irish market and is located just two kilometers away from its highly successful Baldonnell project, having previously attracted a strong stable of occupiers such as Amazon, DB Schenker, DSV, Home Store + More, United Drug and Rexel.

Mountpark Grange Castle West is a 78-acre site that can accommodate up to 1.24 million sq ft of prime logistics space and is strategically positioned with immediate links to the N7 (Naas Rd) and the N4, offering occupiers excellent connectivity to the Irish motorway network for national distribution.
Mountpark has planning permission for Phase 1 of Grange Castle West, which comprises five buildings totalling 626,234 sq. ft. and site wide enabling works. Infrastructure works are well underway, alongside the construction of Mountpark’s three inventory buildings, Unit 1 (115,000 sq ft), Unit 2 (197,000 sq ft) and Unit 5 (135,000 sq ft). These properties will be available for occupation from the third quarter of this year.
All buildings are being constructed to a high quality Mountpark specification, focusing on responsible development and targeting BREEAM Outstanding and BER A1 ratings. The campus style infrastructure will create a highly attractive landscaped external environment and deliver a central plot for single design and build requirements of up to 500,000 sq. ft.
An estimated 1,000 people are expected to be employed onsite at the completion of the Grange Castle West logistics park development, with a further 300 people to be employed during the construction phase of the project.
