After an extraordinary 13 years at Mountpark, including being one of its founders, and a career spanning some 40 years, Roger Sporle is retiring from his role as Chief Operating Officer at the end of this year. We are deeply grateful for Roger’s leadership and the enduring impact he has had on our company and the wider industry.

“As part of a planned succession, we’re pleased to share that Tom Fowler-Tutt will be taking on Roger’s day-to-day responsibilities. In close collaboration with the broader management team, Tom will help to shape and execute our company vision and deliver exceptional projects for our customers and investors.

“Roger’s influence on Mountpark has been remarkable. His steady leadership, sharp insights, and investment acumen have shaped our path forward. On behalf of Mountpark, I want to personally thank Roger for his focus, candour, and the legacy he leaves behind. As we look ahead, we wish him all the best in this exciting new phase, filled with golf, travel and well-earned relaxation.”
