MOUNTPARK PRE-LETS 12,590 SQM TO TXT LOGISTICS AT ILLESCAS III IN CENTRAL SPAIN.

Mountpark has announced the pre-let of 12,590 square metres to TXT Logistics at Mountpark Illescas III, an inventory logistics unit at the Iberum Central Platform, south of Madrid prior to practical completion.

The new building, which is due to complete shortly, forms part of Mountpark’s 188,000 square metre logistics development programme at Illescas, which has been designed to meet the rising demand for modern, energy-efficient logistics facilities in central Spain.

The pre-let to TXT follows the letting of the first two phases of Mountpark’s development at Illescas. Mountpark Illescas I is let to Carreras Grupo Logístico for its 85,624 square metre multi-client logistics operation, while Mountpark Illescas II is a 44,747 square metre e-commerce distribution centre operated by GXO. In January 2022, Mountpark started on site at Mountpark Illescas IV, a 46,000 square metre inventory development, which is on schedule to complete in January 2023.
