Mountpark Moves Ahead At Southampton With Lease To Matthew Clark.

The building is one of four units, totalling 346,620 sq ft, which Mountpark built speculatively as the second phase of its Southampton development.

The transaction with Matthew Clark follows a lease for a 107,392 sq ft unit to PFSweb. Providing a total of 562,074 sq ft, Mountpark Southampton also includes facilities for CooperVision, Berendsen and Murrays Health & Beauty. The final two buildings, which offer 74,390 sq ft and 95,100 sq ft are now complete and ready for occupation.

Mountpark Southampton is within easy reach of Southampton Airport, Airport Parkway Station, Southampton Docks and the M27 Motorway.
