Mountpark appoints Guillermo Garcia-Almuzara as development director.

Mountpark, a leading developer of industrial and logistics property, today announced the appointment of Guillermo Garcia-Almuzara as Development Director, Spain.

Based at the company’s office in Madrid, Guillermo will be responsible for leasing and delivering new opportunities for customers in Spain and Portugal, working alongside Mountpark’s Country Officer, John Derweduwe and Projects Director, Leandro Greblo.

Guillermo joins Mountpark from Cushman & Wakefield in Madrid, where he was Head of Industrial and Logistics, Spain.
