Every decision aims to take us closer towards net zero, and every action closer to a greener future.
Mountpark Hinckley is a brilliant example of prioritising employee welfare. Almost 50% of the 1.46 million sq ft site is allocated to green space — that’s over 37 acres of enhanced meadow, wetland and grassland — while natural lighting in warehouses and offices, break-out gardens and roof terraces give employees further room to breathe. 2.5km of new off-road footpaths and trim trails and over 10,000 new trees and plants only add to these credentials, creating an environment which supports people as well as the abundance of biodiversity on its doorstep.
