BREEAM Outstanding, A+ rated EPC, 625 kVa PV supply and 118 KW Tesla batteries — the credentials tell a story, but perhaps more telling is the social impact on customers. A private roof terrace, generous natural light and landscaped surroundings supplement an environment which works for people on every level.
Our impact isn’t just confined to the building. Working with local communities and businesses, the Bristol 360 project team has also revitalised the Severn Beach playground, provided a new trim trail, donated £7,500 to refurbish a community hall and supported Bristol North’s ‘Stop Food Waste’ campaign. Actions we hope will make a lasting difference.
